Anastasia Space Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we use information and the choices available to you. It covers Anastasia Space, Anastasia Anime, Anastasia Family, Anastasia Pulse, and Anastasia Orbit, including public pages and account features.

Information we collect

When you visit our services, we record technical information such as your IP address, page address, visit time, country, language, browser or device type, and identifiers for your visit or session. Diagnostic records may include errors and information about a request that failed.

If you create an account, we also store your email address, display name, sign-in information, settings, avatar, and any optional information or content you submit. The information stored for a feature depends on how you use it.

How we use information

We use information to provide the features you request, return search results, keep you signed in, remember your choices, protect accounts, prevent spam and misuse, respond to support requests, and investigate problems.

Account and activity information also lets us save the lists, ratings, reviews, and other choices you make within our services. Advertising, when enabled, is explained separately below.

Anastasia Family

Anastasia Family provides the shared account used across Anastasia Space services. Other people cannot see your email address or sign-in information. Your display name, avatar, activity, and optional details such as your birth date, gender, and country appear only in the ways you choose.

You can privately encrypt some of this information. When you do, encryption must be unlocked in your browser before the information can be viewed or changed. You can manage these choices and your avatar history in Account settings.

Anastasia Anime and Anastasia Orbit

When you use account features on Anastasia Anime, we link your saved anime activity, lists, favorites, ratings, reviews, and interactions to your account. Your display name and avatar may appear beside content you publish, such as a review.

Your searches on Anastasia Orbit are private. An automated AI system learns from unsuccessful searches and recommends improvements to our search systems. We also use error reports to identify and resolve problems.

Anastasia Pulse

You can view Anastasia Pulse without an account. It shows service status, outages, and project updates. When you report a problem, we store the report time and some technical identifiers to prevent duplicate reports and misuse. Visitors see only the number of reports, not the identity of the people who submitted them.

If you are signed in, your ratings, reviews, and interactions are linked to your account. Your display name and avatar may appear beside a public review.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language and interface preferences, protect your session, and manage private encryption features. Blocking this storage can affect sign-in, saved preferences, or account features.

External services may also use cookies or similar technologies when their features are loaded. The sections below explain embedded content and Google advertising separately from the storage needed for your Anastasia Family account.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Anastasia Space services exchange the account and service information needed for shared features, security, support, and the activity you choose to save. Our databases are hosted on our own systems.

Using an external provider can still involve sharing information with that provider. For example, Cloudflare helps deliver and protect our websites and processes technical request information for that purpose. Sign-in, embedded content, and advertising providers are explained below.

External services and content

If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that sign-in and shares the account information needed to identify or create your Anastasia Family account. Google processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Pages on Anastasia Anime may include YouTube trailers. When an embedded player loads, your browser connects to Google or YouTube and sends technical information such as your IP address and the page address. Their cookies and other processing depend on the player, your settings, and their policies.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting personal information there.

Google advertising

Google AdSense is planned for our services. If Google ads are enabled on a page, third-party vendors, including Google and its partners, may place and read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud.

Advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on previous visits to our sites or other websites, subject to your choices. Where consent is required, we will ask before using advertising cookies or personal information for those purposes.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. You can manage or opt out of Google personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. For choices offered by other participating advertising providers, visit AboutAds.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account is active. We keep technical and security records only for as long as they are needed to operate and protect the service.

You can delete optional information and content with the available tools. If you request account deletion, you have 14 days to change your mind. After that period ends, your account data and files are permanently deleted.

Your choices

You can browse public pages without an account. Account settings let you review and change your profile information, choose who can see it, manage avatar history, encryption, and your password, and request account deletion.

Your browser settings let you manage cookies and stored site data. Blocking or deleting storage may sign you out or reset preferences. Google advertising choices are linked in the advertising section above. Contact us if you need help with your information or cannot find a relevant setting.

Security

We protect your account and information with encrypted connections, secure sign-in methods, and limits that reduce repeated sign-in attempts and misuse. You can also enable private encryption for some optional information. Help protect your account by using a strong password and keeping your devices secure. Contact us if you notice unusual activity or believe your information may be at risk.

Contact and policy updates

You can contact Anastasia Space if you have a privacy question, need help with your information, or want to make a request.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest update. We will explain important changes within the relevant service when appropriate.
